The property was surveyed in 2013. I find no survey markers now. No knowledge if the property is buildable or not. It is priced as recreational property. There are no utilities on site. Closest electricity is approximately 1200 feet past this property. The electric company is Sevier electric. There are no cleared walking trails up onto the mountain. Most of the terrain is steep. Use caution. Access/enter at your own risk. The best walking access up the mountain is the area behind the sign/boulder at the road.
